Returns

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed minus the processing fee of the original payment, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We may need to request your credit card details or bank account details in order to process a refund

Refunds take up to 20 working days to process. If you haven’t received a refund within that timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
